Thomas G. Ward

Thomas G. Ward, age 82 of Cheswick, PA passed away on February 13, 2021 at Platinum Ridge Center for Rehabilitation & Healing.
He was born on October 16, 1938 to the late John and Felisitas (Hamm) Ward. He married Vivian Quinn on September 17, 1960. 

Thomas is a proud veteran of the United States Army. He worked at the United States Postal Service and retired after 40 years. Thomas enjoyed listening to music, reading, and watching, playing and coaching sports, especially his daughters soft ball teams. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Thomas is survived by his daughters, Jean (Joseph) Dunnivan and Cristine (John) Mizerak; grandchildren, Joey Dunnivan, and  J.R., Luke, and Jacob Mizerak; brother, John "Jack" (Beb) Ward and sisters, Jean Ward and Patricia Yockel. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vivian J. Ward; grandson, Aaron Mizerak; sisters, Theresa Hughey and Claire Behr. 

Family and friends will be received on Friday, February 19, 10:30-11:30 AM at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL) 445 Beatty Road, Monroeville (412-856-4747), where a blessing service will immediately follow. Burial will be held in Good Shepherd Cemetery. Per CDC guidelines, masks are required upon entry and only 20 people are permitted in the visitation room at one time.
