Steven E. Sandor

Steven E. Sandor, 61, of Greensburg, formerly of Delmont, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021 in his home. He was born on May 6, 1960 in North Braddock, to the late Edward C. and Veronica A. (Palyo) Sandor. Steve faithfully served the Delmont community for many years through his involvement with the fire department for over 40 years, police department, Mutual Aid, and other organizations. He had also been employed at the Blairsville Post Office for 17 years. Steve is survived by his brother, Michael D. (wife Beverly) Sandor of Evans City; sister, Valerie A. (husband Clyde) Malnofsky of Bovard; nieces, Hailie Sandor, Victoria Malnofsky, Kyalya Malnofsky, and Kenzie Malnofsky; and four great-nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 12:00 PM until time of Memorial service at 2:00 PM at Bash-Nied-Jobe Funeral Home, 152 Abbe Place, Delmont (724-468-8381). FOP Allegheny Valley Lodge 39 will conduct a service Saturday at 1:45 PM.
