Age 67 of Finleyville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. Born on June 21, 1955, he was the son of Harvey and Hilda (Leitem) Melchert. Rodney spent his working years as a cook at King's Restaurant. He loved to spend his time taking care of his plants and most of all fishing. Along with his parents he is survived by his daughters, April (William Hoover Jr.) Wagner, and Juanieta (Christopher) Burris, grandchildren, Eric Rocco, Katyna Wagner, Lucian Wagner, Grace Burris, Isaac Burris, and Leah Burris. There will be no services at this time for Rodney. Arrangements were entrusted to JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL) 445 Beatty Road, Monroeville (412-856-4747).
