Martha Jean (Buss) Pettit, age 89, of Monroeville, passed away peacefully, on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of 52 years to the late Fred J. Pettit; loving mother of Patricia (Bob) Sapienza-Wilson, Fred Franklin (Galina) Pettit, Robert N. (Sandy) Pettit, Paul A. Pettit, Greg T. (Alice) Pettit, Laura M. (Bill) Adamson, Susanne E.P. (David) Shantz, and Alice A. (Russell) Harke; and devoted sister of Kathleen Weaver. Martha is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Harry B. and Marie (Flemick) Buss; and siblings, Audrey, Harry, Jacqueline, Barbara, and Anna.
