Margaret "Peggy" (Shackelford ) Coddington
Age 81 of Monroeville, passed away on Monday, May 29, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of 61 years to Robert B. Coddington Jr. Loving mother of Nancy (Jeffrey) Tierney, Sara (Robert) Bertges, Robert (Gina) Coddington, Carrie (Sam) Pugliano, and Lori (Anthony) Pokusa; adored grandmother of Shane (Lauren), Devin (Megan), Aidan, Haley, Melanie, Nicole (Jake), Bobby, Natalie, Dana (Eric), Melissa (Nick), Amanda, Adam, Cara, and Samantha; great grandmother of Aubrey, Tristan, Hudson, Bennett, and Bodie; sister of the late Joseph Shackelford, Paul Shackelford, and Eleanor Scherbick; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Peggy was a faithful volunteer at St. Bernadette Church throughout the years. In her spare time, she enjoyed vacationing with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Friends will be received Wednesday, May 31st , 6-8 PM and Thursday, June 1st, 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL) 445 Beatty Road, Monroeville (412-856-4747). Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, June 2nd, 11 AM at St. Bernadette Church, Christ the Devine Shepherd Parish. Interment will follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery.
