Margaret L. (Wittig) Baker

Margaret L. Baker, age 63, of Irwin died peacefully on Sunday, September 3, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence D. Baker Jr.; loving mother of Christopher (Kimberly) Baker, three grandchildren, Natalie, Audrey, and Christina; her brothers, Robert (Mary Ann) Wittig, Lawrence (Sharon) Wittig, Daniel (Lisa) Wittig, and Gregory (Agnieszka) Wittig; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents George and Evelyn Wittig; her brothers, George Wittig Jr. and James Wittig; and her stepfather, John Connelly. Margaret loved gardening and spending time with her brothers and her beloved grandchildren. She enjoyed music and she loved to laugh. She will be dearly missed by those who love her. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, September 7th, at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL) 445 Beatty Road, Monroeville (412-856-4747), where a blessing service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. Margaret will be laid to rest privately at Restland Memorial Park.
