Kathleen J. Gilmartin-Vesco
Age 68 of Swissvale passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023. Beloved wife of Randy Vesco. Loving sister of Maryann (Philip) Landers and John Paul Gilmartin, caring aunt of John, Patrick (wife, Elizabeth), and Christopher Landers; stepmother of Shawn Vesco and James Harris; and step grandmother of Landry Vesco. Preceded in death by parents, John Patrick and Mildred Kathryn Gilmartin. Kathleen was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School, the University of Pittsburgh and received a doctorate from the University of Florida in audiology. She worked at UPMC Eye and Ear throughout her lifetime as an audiologist that specialized in cochlear implants. Friends will be received Monday, November 13, 2023, 3-7 PM at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC., 118 Shaw Avenue, Turtle Creek (412-823-1950). Mass of Christian Burial at St. Maurice Church-St. Joseph the Worker Parish Tuesday November 14, 2023, 10:30 am. Everyone please meet at church. Interment to follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery.
