John A. "Bud" Williams
Age 84 of Monroeville, PA, passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 2021. Born on March 7, 1937, he was the son of the late John and Lillian (Ramming) Williams and the husband of Patricia (Ruckert) Williams for 62 loving years. John served our country in the United States Marine Corps. He spent time working as a police officer for the NYPD. He was a member of the Ohio Valley Marine Corps League Detachment #882, and one of his biggest joys in life was to spend time with his grandchildren. He enjoyed "singing the oldies, with his life-long friends". Along with his wife he is also survived by his children; John Williams, Jeff (Tina) Williams, Dawn Ann (Tony) Rugh, Robin (Jeff) Cook; grandchildren, Jesse, Sean, Jenna, Ethan and Haley. Family and friends will be received Sunday April 18, 2021 from 1-6 PM at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL) 445 Beatty Road, Monroeville (412-856-4747). Per CDC Guidelines, masks will be required and social distancing will be observed. A funeral service will be at 6PM in the funeral home chapel.
