John B. Campbell

John B. Campbell, age 88 of Monroeville, passed away peacefully at home, on May 29, 2020, surrounded by family. Beloved husband of 68 years of Clare M. Welsch Campbell; loving father of Barbara A. (Robert) Aitken, John S. (Susan Eisenman) Campbell, and Patricia B. (Michael) Conrad; Granddad of Mark and Kimberly Wunderly, Jessica (Kevin Rumbarger) Ramski, and Bridget, Paige, and Blaine Conrad, and great-granddaughter, Emily Wunderly. John was preceded in death by his parents, William Nicholas and Mary Elizabeth Campbell, and several brothers and sisters. John was a US Navy Korean War veteran. He spent many years as a volunteer at Forbes Hospital, and retired from Westinghouse after over 35 years of service. He was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church, Christ Divine Shepherd Parish and was an avid hunter, fisherman, golfer, and Penguins hockey fan. A memorial visitation will be Friday, June 5 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL) 445 Beatty Road, Monroeville (412-856-4747), where a memorial service will be held Saturday, June 6 at 11:00 AM.
