James Stephan Kozusko

Age 72 of Monroeville, passed away on Sunday, July 11, 2021. Beloved husband of Donna M. (Bruce) Kozusko. Loving father of Kara Marie Shank and her husband, Randy. Proud grandfather of Rylee, Reese, and Randy III (Little Man). Brother of Carol Hoadwonic. Also survived by his mother-in-law, Rosemarie (Consiglio) Bruce; sister-in-law, Dee Bruce Daniels; brother-in-law, Bill Bruce and his wife, Darlene; loving cousins, Patti and Steve Moran and Debbie and Jeff Flaherty who were like siblings to him; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins that he adored. Preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Florence (Probo) Kozusko; and father-in-law, William Bruce. Jim honorably served in the Army National Guard Reserves, and following his military service he worked for Westinghouse Electric in East Pittsburgh for many years. He went on to work as an Information Technology Manager for EATON Corporation, retiring in 2020. He was an active member of St. Bernadette Church since 1985. Jim was an avid fisherman, loved the Beatles, was a passionate Penguins and Steelers fan, and a self proclaimed ice cream addict. Friends will be received Friday, July 16, 2021 from 2 - 8 p.m. at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL) 445 Beatty Road, Monroeville (412-856-4747). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 11 a.m. at St. Bernadette Church-Christ the Divine Shepherd Parish. Burial will be private at Good Shepherd Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Divine Mercy Academy (St. Bernadette Catholic School), 145 Azalea Drive, Monroeville, PA 15146. www.jobefuneralhome.com
