Obituary
Iva A. (Welsh) Miller, age 83, of Turtle Creek, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 7, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Alvin A. Miller; loving mother of Heath T. Miller and the late Danny Miller; caring sister of Keith "Sonny" Welsh. Iva is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and son, she was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Avis (Kitchen) Welsh; and siblings Vada Smith, Patty Mae Kraley, Margarett Wagner, Mildred Gongaware and John Gregory. Iva was an avid Bingo player, loved camping with her family at Woodland Campsites in Somerset, playing the slots at the Casino, and taking care of the stray cats. Friends will be received for a memorial visitation on Monday, August 15, 2022, from 2 - 4 & 6 - 8 PM at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC., 118 Shaw Avenue, Turtle Creek (412-823-1950), where a blessing service will conclude the visitation at 8 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests sending plants as a lasting tribute to Iva.
