Obituary
Harvey W. Pfeifer, 77, of Salem Township, died on Sunday, September 10, 2023. He was born on March 27, 1946 in New Kensington, a son of the late Howard and Lucille (Uncapher) Pfeifer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Vera Patricia Pfeifer; brother, Butch; and sister, Delores. Harvey is survived by his children, Frank (wife, Joyann) Pfeifer and Michele Pfeifer; 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; siblings, Wendell, Lenny, and Edwin Pfeifer and Wonda McMannis; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Thursday, September 14 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Bash-Nied-Jobe Funeral Home, 152 Abbe Place, Delmont (724-468-8381), where a funeral service will take place Friday, September 15 at 1 PM. Interment will follow in the Twin Valley Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an animal rescue organization of your choice.
