George Raymond Weber

George Raymond Weber, 79, of Penn Township, passed away peacefully Monday, January 2, 2023. He was born July 30, 1943, in Pittsburgh, to the late Urban and Catherine (Richards) Weber. George was a proud veteran having served in the United States Army. He was a member of the Iron Workers Union for over 50 years and was an all-around family man who loved spending time with family and friends. He also loved playing golf and traveling. George is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Lucille (Ferrari) Weber; children, Tamela (Bill) Learn, Dawn (Joe) Maida and Steven (Bethann)Weber; grandchildren, Benjamin, Megan, Taylor, Adam and Lyla; brother, John Weber; and numerous nieces, nephews, brother and sister-in-laws and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Elwin Weber and Harold Weber; and sister, Evelyn Stipanovich. Friends will be received from 4 - 8 PM Friday at Lindsay-Jobe Funeral Home, Inc., 3343 Route 130, Harrison City (724-744-2721), where a Blessing Service will be held at 10 AM Saturday, with Father Michael P. Sikon, officiating. Entombment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery.
