Gary D. Saylor
Age 83 of Monroeville, formerly of Saxton, Pa., passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2023. Born on July 25, 1940, he was the son of the late Floyd and Marian (Homan) Saylor. For 50 loving years, Gary was the husband to the late Regina C. Saylor. Gary served our country with the United States Marine Corps, and then spent his working years as a cabinet maker. He was an avid sports fan who loved to spend his free time watching his favorite teams, tending to his yard, tinkering around with numerous gadgets, and building anything and everything. His family will always remember him for his handyman ways, and for the love that he showed to his wife, children, and grandchildren. He is survived by his daughters, Michele (Tom) Williams, Marcia (Shawn) Curler, and Melissa (Tom) Willis; grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Aric, Devin, & Kylee, along with many nieces and nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his sister, Maureen Pettner. Friends will be received Thursday, September 7, 2023, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC.
