Frances P. (Schollaert) Palumbi, 81, of Harrison City, PA, passed away on November 4, 2023, in Monroeville, PA. She was born on September 20, 1942, in McDonald, PA to Julian Schollaert and Evelyn (Rank) Schollaert. Fran was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sibling, and friend. She was known for her strength, optimism, and empathy. She loved reading, knitting, doing puzzles, and listening to music, especially if her late husband John was singing. Fran is survived by her son, Gino, and his wife Melissa; her grandchildren, Elizabeth and Alex; brother Jim and his wife Janet; sister Phyllis and her husband Adrian; as well as many nieces and nephews.
