Dorace J. Shively

Dorace J. Shively, 85, of Harrison City, formerly of Turtle Creek, passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021. She was born on March 30, 1936 in Wilkinsburg, to the late Glenn and Dorothy (Jones) Shively. Dorace worked for Westinghouse Air Brake as a shop clerk for over 30 years before her retirement. She was a very active member of the First Christian Church of Turtle Creek, now Monroeville; and was an avid reader. Dorace is survived by her dearest friends, Ruth Cole, Dale Bizub, Jane Liebdzinski, Pat Lombardo, Cheryl and Ken Defibaugh, Luke Gindlesburger and the Lester Gindlesberger family; and many other people whose lives she had touched. She was a great friend to everybody. Friends will be received Thursday, October 7 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Lindsay-Jobe Funeral Home, Inc., 3343 Route 130, Harrison City, where funeral service will be held Friday, October 8 at 11 AM.
