Christine Marie (Cowan) Glatz

Age 52 of Plum Borough, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. Born April 28, 1971 in Indiana, PA, she was the beloved daughter of Robert C. and Catherine R. (Devine) Cowan. Loving wife of 28 years to Stephen J. Glatz. Devoted mother to Samantha Glatz. Sister of Steven (Kristina) Cowan; aunt of Thomas Byrne. Also survived by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, William and Carol Glatz; sisters-in-law, Deborah and Barbara; brothers-in-law, Tom (Shelli) and Dan (Kathy); and many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nephew and dear friends.

Chrissy was a 1989 Penn Trafford High School graduate and went on to attend the University of Pittsburgh where she earned her bachelor's degree in applied math. She began her career at PNC Bank and continued to work there in various roles for over 26 years. She was a wonderful and loving mother, wife, and daughter. She will be missed and loved by so many.

Friends will be received Sunday, September 10, 2023 from 3-8 p.m. at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL) 445 Beatty Road, Monroeville (412-856-4747). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, September 11, 2023 at 11 a.m. at St. Bernadette Church-Christ the Divine Shepherd Parish. (Everyone please meet at church).
