Charlotte J. (Skinner) Tlumac

Charlotte J. Tlumac, 79, of Penn Township, died on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. She was born on November 25, 1941 in Jeannette, to the late Charles and Josephine (Agona) Skinner. Charlotte was a member of St. Barbara Catholic Church, was a past president and member of Young at Heart, and enjoyed music, reading, and traveling. She is survived by her beloved husband, Andrew M. Tlumac; two daughters, Laurie (husband Charles) Patrick and Lisa Fox; and her grandson, Reno Patrick. Friends will be received Friday, April 9 from 4-7 PM at Lindsay-Jobe Funeral Home, Inc., 3343 Route 130, Harrison City, 724-744-2721. Face masks and social distancing will be required. Charlotte's funeral service and interment will be private for her family.
