Cecelia Mae (Whisner) Wergin

Cecelia Mae (Whisner) Wergin, 90, died on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 in Brookdale Senior Living, Murrysville. She was born on November 2, 1930 in North Huntingdon, a daughter of the late Robert C. and Luhelen (Swartz) Whisner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles R. Wergin; a great-grandson, Carson Rudick; and sisters Roberta Patton and Margaret Sell. Ceceilia is survived by daughters, Leslie Sturm and husband Robert of Jeannette, and Gretchen Peterson and husband James of Irwin; a son, Charles W. Wergin and wife Kelly of Massachusettes; five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; and a brother, Robert C. Whisner, Jr. There will be no visitation or services at this time.
