Anthony Samuel Grieco

Anthony Samuel Grieco, age 81 of Plum, passed into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Thursday, September 16, 2021. He was born on March 11, 1940 to the late Samuel and Mary (Tallo) Grieco. Beloved husband of the late Janice (Jackson) Grieco. Loving father of Lisa (Matthew) Clark and Brian (Jennifer) Grieco; proud Pap to Cameron Clark, and Samuel, Allison, and Isabella Grieco; Also survived by his sister, Marie (Donald) Donatelli; sister-in-law, Diane Jackson Bromer; two nieces and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice and nephew, Lewis Bromer. Anthony "Tony" was a 1959 graduate of Penn Hills High School. Following graduation he began working at Associated Transport in Monroeville where he met his wife and life partner, Janice. He was a devoted and longtime member of First Christian Church of Turtle Creek. Tony was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, U.S. Air National Guard, and U.S. Air Force Reserve. He was a Christian role model who always treated others with love and respect. In his free time, he enjoyed caring for his home and taking family camping trips. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him. Family and friends will be received on Monday, September 20, 2021, 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL) 445 Beatty Road, Monroeville (412-856-4747). A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Plum Creek Cemetery.
