William D. Nesbit

William D. Nesbit "Bill" age 88, of Claridge, passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2018. He was born on August 23, 1930 in Forbes Road, PA, to the late William and Albena (Kurek) Nesbit-Rich. William is survived by his beloved spouse of 65 years, Amelia (Janiro); daughter, Denise N. (Courtney) Carlton; two sons, William (Lisa) Nesbit, Jr.,and David (Stacey) Nesbit; three grandchildren, Laura (Mark) Davey, Michael (Kaitlyn) Nesbit, and Courtney Carlton; and great-grandchildren, Graham and Reese Davey. Bill worked as a truck driver for Penn Township Road Dept. and was a member of American Legion in Claridge, Jeannette VFW, and Claridge Fire Department. Friends will be received Thursday 4-8 PM at the Lindsay-Jobe Funeral Home, Inc., 3343 Route 130, Harrison City (724-744-2721). A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, 11 AM at St. Barbara Catholic Church, with Father Michael Sikon as officiant. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. www.Lindsay-JobeFuneralHome.com.
