Roy Ramavarapu

Age 66 of Monroeville, passed away unexpectedly on August 1, 2019. Beloved husband of Mumtaz Ramavarapu. Loving father of Cyrus and Darius Ramavarapu. Proud uncle to Kimu (Riaz), Fifi, Riyan, and Myeisha. Preceded in death by his parents, Venu Gopala Sundara Rao Ramavarapu and Sakuntala Ramavarapu. Roy received his Master's Degree in Nuclear Engineering from Iowa State University and was currently working for FENOC in Akron, Ohio. Roy was passionate about photography and enjoyed collecting cameras. He also loved watching European car racing, collecting antiques - especially mission style furniture, was a wonderful cook, and enjoyed smoking his pipe. Roy's one of a kind personality will be missed by many, including his three cats, Spooky, Lucy, and Romeo. Family and friends will be received Sunday, August 4, 2019 from 2-6 p.m. at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC.
