Raymond Sr.
Age 76 of Plum, formerly of Braddock, North Versailles and Delmont, passed away on October 7, 2018. Beloved husband of Norma (McNeice) Dawn. Loving father Lisa (Laura Hernandez) Dawn, Lynn (Ken) Sabolovic, Laurie (Domenico) Borriello, and the late Raymond (surviving wife, Rebecca) Dawn, Jr. Cherished grandfather of Angelena, James, Anthony, Domenic, and Sofia Borriello, and Justin, Nicholas, and Kayleigh Sabolovic. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Alvin B. and Mary Dawn; brother, William Dawn; and aunt, Anna Basista. Raymond worked as a machinist for Miller Printing Machinery Company on the Northside, and later went on to dedicate his time as a driver for First Transit for over 20 years. He was a hardworking, loyal husband who loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL) corner of Beatty Rd. & 48 North, Monroeville (412-856-4747). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10 a.m. at North American Martyrs Church.
