Rupp Janet V. (Fletcher)
formerly of Levelgreen and Pitcairn passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Redstone Highlands in Murrysville. She was born on May 2, 1921 in Pitcairn, PA to the late George and Maria (Mann) Fletcher. Janet is preceded in death by her husband, Paul C. Rupp, Jr. She is survived her two sons; Robert (Patricia) Rupp and Jack (Lucine) Rupp, two daughters, Pamela (Rick) Crowl and Kimberly (Bruce) Gnesda; her nine grandchildren, Chris (Tiffanie) Rupp, Brian Rupp, Kelly (Mike Gavatorta) Rupp, Elizabeth (Jake) Overfield, Julie (Scott) Watkins, Kristin (Matt) Diethorn, Ricky (Jordan Pavelka) Crowl, Tyler (Marita) Gnesda, and Kara (Mat) Beck; also survived by 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Janet was a devoted mother and grandmother that was committed to her family. She was a was a longtime member of Levelgreen Presbyterian Church and in her '80s wrote her memoirs. Janet  also had a very successful career in real estate sales throughout her life. Friends will be received Friday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the LINDSAY-JOBE FUNERAL HOME, INC, 3343 Route 130, Harrison City (724-744-2721). Funeral services will be Saturday, 10 AM at the Levelgreen Presbyterian Church. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH. Interment will follow at Penn Lincoln Memorial.
