Age 82 of Monroeville, originally of Turtle Creek, passed peacefully with his family at his side on Friday, July 20, 2018. Beloved husband of 55 years to Nancy L. Megahan; Loving father Don S. (Dan Smith) Megahan, Jennifer (Dave) Ferry; Devoted Pappy of Michael and Jessica; Step-grandfather of Caleb and Jacob; Cherished brother of Larry Megahan; Preceded in death by parents Charles and Bertha Megahan, and siblings Doris, Charles, and David; also survived by several nieces. Don was an Army Veteran who was a proud member of the Monroeville American Legion. He was an avid golfer and hunter. He will be remembered for being an all-around good guy. Family and friends will be received at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL) corner of Beatty Rd. & 48 North, Monroeville (412-856-4747) on Monday, July 23 from 2-4 & 6-8PM, where a blessing service will be Tuesday at 10am.
