Carrol Penelope Forbes-Baskerville

Carrol Penelope Forbes-Baskerville, age 65 of Plum, passed peacefully on Monday, September 3, 2018. Beloved wife of 40 years to Fred Baskerville. Loving mother of Irene Abraham and Andrew Baskerville. Cherished Grammy of Olivia Abraham and Alexander Baskerville.  The first born of her siblings, she is survived by Christine Hudson, Deborah Forbes, Cynthia Brooks, Deneen Moore, and Virgil Forbes.  Carrol was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil Alexander Forbes and Ethel Irene Macklin Forbes.  Carrol's family was the focus of her life.  The legacy of Carrol's generosity, volunteerism, love of reading, and encouragement of others to reach their highest potential will live on through them.  Carrol will be missed but not forgotten.  Family and friends will be received on Friday, Sept. 14 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM and Saturday, Sept. 15 from 9:30-10:30 AM at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL) corner of Beatty Rd. & 48 North, Monroeville (412-856-4747).  Funeral service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 15 at 11:00 AM at Harvest Bible Chapel Pittsburgh East, 285 St. Martin's Dr., Monroeville.  Committal service and interment will follow in Plum Creek Cemetery.  Carrol's life transition will continue with a meal provided for family and friends at the Harvest Bible Chapel after the committal service. www.jobefuneralhome.com.
